Centric Pools specializes in commercial swimming pools and aquatic features for developers, gyms, schools, HOAs, apartment complexes, hotels, and other commercial properties. We handle everything from large lap pools and leisure pools to lazy rivers, splash pads, and custom water features.

We offer complete in-house design-build services. Whether you already have plans from an architect or need help developing your vision from scratch, our team can guide you through the entire process, from concept and design to construction and finishing.

We are based in Texas and primarily serve commercial clients throughout the state. Depending on the scope and nature of the project, we can also consider projects in neighboring regions.

We focus exclusively on commercial projects, which means we understand the unique needs of property managers, developers, and facility owners. Centric Pools also provides comprehensive in-house design and build services. Our team can help you create a new pool concept from the ground up or collaborate with you to refine and enhance your existing design plans. Our approach emphasizes durability, safety, compliance, and long-term maintenance, all while delivering visually appealing and functional pool designs.

Yes! In addition to new construction, Centric Pools offers renovation, remodeling, and repair services for existing commercial pools. We can update finishes, upgrade equipment, improve accessibility, or completely modernize older facilities.

Every project is built to comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as ADA and health code requirements. Our team stays current on industry standards and coordinates closely with engineers and inspectors throughout construction.

The timeline for a commercial pool project depends on factors such as size, complexity, and permitting requirements. Generally, once design and permit approvals are in place, construction can take as little as eight weeks or extend to several months, depending on the project’s scope. During the planning phase, we’ll provide a detailed schedule to help you coordinate seamlessly with your facility’s operations.

While we primarily focus on design and construction, we can connect you with trusted pool service partners who specialize in ongoing maintenance, water quality, and seasonal servicing.
